FAQ
What buyers ask before they book.
The 7 questions Founders and VPs of Ops asked us most in the last 6 months, and our honest answers. If yours isn’t here, ask us in the Diagnostic.
Which of your 5 services do I actually need?
If you already know which workflow is bleeding and want it owned end-to-end → Orchestrator (4-8 weeks). If you know exactly which integration is broken → Integration Sprint (2-4 weeks). If you have multiple tangled workflows → FDE (3-6 months embedded). If automation is a company-wide program → Squad (6-12 months, full pod). If you’re not sure → start with a Diagnostic Sprint ($1,500). We’ll tell you which path fits — and if none does, we’ll say so.
How does your pricing actually work?
Fixed fee, set as a share of the annual value the automation is expected to return, not by day rate or hourly billing. You know the total fee in writing before we start. If the value we agreed on doesn’t land after launch, we fix it. That’s why our engagements finish while 95% of AI projects don’t.
What industries do you specialize in?
Fintech, insurance, real estate, construction, and mid-market retail / D2C ops. These are document-heavy, ops-heavy verticals where one broken workflow leaks five figures a month. If your industry isn’t listed but you have that kind of workflow, the Diagnostic Sprint tells us honestly if we can help.
How long until we see results?
Diagnostic Sprint: 2-3 hours, results in 1 week (a written report with the workflow + dollar impact). Integration Sprint: shipping in 2-4 weeks. Orchestrator: workflow live in 4-8 weeks with measurable savings in 60 days. FDE: production code in your systems from week 2. No 6-month “roadmap” engagements, you see progress weekly.
Who owns the code and data after you leave?
You do. Full source code, full documentation, no vendor lock-in. Every automation runs inside your accounts, on your infrastructure, under your security policy. We don’t store your data. We don’t train models on your data. Stop working with us and everything keeps running, this is a hard rule, not a negotiation point.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Least-privilege access to only the systems in scope. SOC 2-aligned practices. NDA before any diagnostic. In regulated industries (fintech, insurance), we work with your compliance team to align to your data policy, PII scoping, audit trails, and retention rules baked into every automation.
What happens after we launch?
A 30-day post-launch review to measure whether the automation returned the value we agreed on. If it did, you own the system, maintain it yourself (or optionally retain us). If it fell short, we say so honestly and fix what needs fixing. No hidden retainers, no mandatory monthly fees, no “consultants who never leave.
